Alachua Pest Services handles our monthly building pest control. They are available for additional treatments as needed if you would like to contract them directly. 

SubZero has been maintaining our cooling tower for years and is very familiar with our particular system. The association maintains the cooling tower and the lines that run to each unit. The air handlers in each unit are the responibility of the owner, as is their maintenance. 

Extreme handles the cleaning of our common areas. They are also available for individual unit cleaning, air duct cleaning, and drywall repair.
